It is a comprehensive cloud service offering in the enterprise software industry, spanning Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). OCI is currently building a future-ready Gen2 cloud Data Science service platform. At the core of this platform, lies Cloud AI Cloud Service. What OCI AI Cloud Services are: A set of services on the public cloud, that are powered by ML and AI to meet the Enterprise modernization needs, and that work out of the box. These services and models can be easily specialized for specific customers/domains by demonstrating existing OCI services. Key Points: Enables customers to add AI capabilities to their Apps and Workflows easily via APIs or Containers, Useable without needing to build AI expertise in-house and Covers key gaps – Decision Support, NLP, for Public Clouds and Enterprise in NLU, NLP, Vision and Conversational AI. We are addressing exciting challenges at the intersection of artificial intelligence and innovative cloud infrastructure. We are building cloud services in Computer vision for Image/Video and Document Analysis, Decision Support (Anomaly Detection, Time series forecasting, Fraud detection, Content moderation, Risk prevention, predictive analytics), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and, Speech that works out of the box for enterprises. Our product vision includes the ability for enterprises to be able to customize the services for their business and train them to specialize in their data by creating micro models that enhance the global AI models. . This Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will support our new offering and expansion plan of AI service. This team is reimagining how we ensure the security, reliability, stability, and performance of software components used in AI services. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional team to drive planning, design, and the delivery for the program. The position requires expert project/program management skills, experience with agile and traditional methodologies. Key strengths include excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, as well as familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and operations. The TPM must demonstrate the ability to influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Career Level – IC3 Key Responsibilities: Define project/program scope, partner with engineering leadership to build detailed execution plans, and own end-to-end program delivery—including scheduling, risk management, status reporting, and quality assurance. Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to elicit requirements, clarify objectives, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, operations, finance, and product management teams across geographies. Proactively identify roadblocks, negotiate priorities, and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. Prepare and deliver regular updates, executive communications, and detailed program artifacts, keeping stakeholders informed at all levels. Measure and report on program success metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and champion operational excellence initiatives. Use your strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen to support informed decision-making, balancing technical, operational, and business objectives. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in program management best practices, including Agile and traditional methodologies. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience as hands-on technical program manager; preferably in a related industry. Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, Project Management or similar. Advanced knowledge of the SDLC using agile methodologies and associated tooling. Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, and ambiguous environment. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of program/project management, product design or related experience Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Business Management, Project Management or similar. Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services , such as Compute, Storage, Identity and Networking Demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure or Google IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services.
