Job Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Business Development

2. Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns to promote the institute and generate leads.

3. Build partnerships with colleges, corporates, and local networks for student acquisition.

4. Conduct field visits, promotional activities, and events to increase brand visibility.

5. Counselling & Student Enrolment

6. Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries effectively.

7. Provide complete counselling to prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.

Convert leads into admissions by showcasing value and benefits of the programs.

Branch Operations & Management

1. Manage daily branch operations including admissions, administration, and support functions.

2. Ensure smooth coordination between faculty, students, and management.

3. Monitor student satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

5. Maintain daily/weekly reports on admissions, enquiries, and marketing activities.

6. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Requirements:

1. Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred).

2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or marketing (preferably in the education/training sector).

3. Strong communication and convincing skills in English & Kannada.

4. Ability to work independently and meet targets.

5. Willingness for field marketing and outdoor activities.
