Role Summary:We are looking for experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Node.js and React.js, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, and managing technical aspects of front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:Full Stack Development:

Design and develop end-to-end web applications using Node.js and React.js.Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.System Design:

Architect and implement scalable and maintainable systems.Code Quality:

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews.Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.Performance Optimization:

Ensure applications perform well across a variety of devices and browsers.Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into development processes.Troubleshooting:

Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Professional Attributes:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent English skills and experience working within a multi-location team.Excellent prioritization skills, ability to work well under pressure, and ability to multi-task.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to resolve problems on non-routine matters.

Experience and Skills:Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Node.js and React.js.Front-End:

Strong experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.Back-End:

Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.Database:

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.Version Control:

Proficiency with Git and GitHub.Testing:

Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.DevOps:

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure.UI/UX:
