Role: User Acquisition Lead
Experience:-
- At least3-5 years of experience in User Acquisition for Mobile Games.
- Passion for mobile games and cricket genre.
- Strong ASO skills for organic acquisition
- Excellent copywriting skills, creative storyboarding and ability to think outside the box
- A clear understanding of business and engagement metrics like CPI, CPE, Retention, Conversion events, MMPs, RoAS etc.
- Prior experience handling and marketing multiple gaming titles both Ad revenue and IAP based
- Ability to multi-task efficiently across internal projects and guide other marketing functions
- An analytical mindset with good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Skilled with Analytics tools esp. GA, and Firebase, at least one attribution tool and MS Excel.
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma Degree holder in Marketing/Commerce fields or any other equivalent educational background, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mobile advertising industry. MBA and/or Agency experience will be a major plus.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive &manage user acquisition for our mobile games via major channels, including Ad Networks with a focus on ROAS. ROAS experience a must.
- Track and optimize activity to increase downloads/conversions without compromising in quality at least cost from these channels.
- Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked and operated towards specific business and growth objectives.
- Measure and optimize ad performance – ROI, retention, engagement, etc.
- Plan, manage and execute creative execution and brand value communication with marketing artists and product team basis live ops
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on attribution, latest trends in mobile marketing, social media acquisitions.
- Lead marketing team in overall content marketing efforts for acquisition and re- activation across paid, ASO, PN`s channels.
- Own & maintain reports to communicate the performance of the campaigns to internal stakeholders.
