We are seeking a skilled

ESG Research/Content Specialist

to develop and create content on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting standards, climate, and other sustainability-related topics. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sustainability issues and trends, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to a diverse audience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a content strategy for ESG reporting, climate, and sustainability-related topicsConduct research on ESG issues and trends, industry-specific standards, and reporting requirementsWrite and edit high-quality content such as reports, whitepapers, articles, case studies, and other materials related to ESG, climate, and sustainability topicsCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Communications, and Sustainability to ensure consistency of messaging and content across channelsStay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, and regulations related to ESG and sustainability reportingCreate content for social media, blogs, webinars, and other platforms to engage with stakeholders and customersWork with third-party partners, industry organizations, and customers to produce joint content initiativesAnalyze and report on the effectiveness of content marketing initiativesManage the content library and ensure it remains up-to-date and accessible to internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, journalism, communications, or related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in content creation, sustainability, or ESG reportingStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex informationKnowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDPUnderstanding of climate science and policy, and familiarity with the Paris Agreement and related frameworksExcellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sourcesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partnersProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and content management systemsFamiliarity with SEO and content marketing best practices is a plus
