Job Profile: Senior Engineer Software Tools & Application testingDate: 4 April, 2024

Job Summary

:Candidate will have the responsibility to manage a Service business application starting from the creation of business requirement document till deployment in production, thereafter implementation by putting into use. This involves multiple meeting and coordination with IT development team & cross functional teams. Upon launch, the candidate required to get involved with development team for resolving application issues or transactional issues if anything of that sort is faced by the business user. New Report development, existing report enhancements and report testing before deployment should be part of job portfolio as and when demand comes. Good communication skills is required for interacting with local or global team during the said activities other than internal user training and regular interactions.

Job Description:Cable to create, edit update business requirement document.Issue identification and resolution for running or upcoming software applicationInteraction with cross functional team while developing business applicationsProvide software support to internal users and third-party users.Maintaining and provisioning SharePoint list & documentsCreating business require document basis to a new application requirement.Providing training sessions to internal users and third-party usersTo do System Integrated Test, Sanity Check and User Acceptance test before and after product launchValidating User operating ManualDeveloping report Dashboard for application and business user analysis

Additional Skills needed:Microsoft Power ToolsMicrosoft Power BISharePoint

Qualification:

B ’tech in information technology / Computer Science Engineering / Electronics and Tele communication.Experience:

Three years+
