F&A Auditor

Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing internal controls, risk management, and compliance across retail operations. The role ensures effective financial reporting, operational efficiency, and adherence to policies while partnering with stakeholders to strengthen the control environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and audits across financial reporting, store operations, supply chain, and compliance.
• Perform process walkthroughs, internal controls testing, and prepare clear audit documentation.
• Identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and support remediation.
• Partner with management and process owners to enhance governance and operational controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors on statutory and compliance requirements.
• Monitor changes in processes and provide risk and control guidance.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in audit, risk, or compliance; retail or multi-location industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, financial reporting, and operational audits.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹75,000.00 per month
