  • Manage and maintain the Directors calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the Director.
  • Assist in the preparation of business documents, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
  • Provide administrative support to special projects as required.
  • Coordinates with MD for the day-to-day activities, Prioritise
  • Taking charge on behalf of MD and taking care of the coordination
  • 6 days 9:30 6:30 p.m.
  • Specifically, from big real state brands of Hyderabad.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
