Role Overview

As a
Project Management Intern
, you will be closely working with our experienced professionals to gain hands-on exposure in planning, executing, and monitoring real-time healthcare projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in project management while working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Management team in planning, tracking, and executing projects.
  • Support in creating project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Utilize tools like
    JIRA, Trello, or other PM software
    to monitor progress and resolve blockers.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning).
  • Conduct research and provide insights to improve project workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with project management frameworks and internal standards.

Key Requirements

  • Understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    and related frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Working knowledge of
    JIRA
    or similar project management tools.
  • Strong
    organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Ability to
    collaborate effectively
    in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • MBA candidates (Operations/Project Management/Healthcare Management)
    will be preferred.
