Copyeditor (Contractual)

Role Description
This is a contractual role for a Copyeditor at HubHawks. As a Copyeditor, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing written content for accuracy, grammar, style, and formatting. Your day-to-day tasks will include proofreading manuscripts, checking for spelling and grammatical errors, ensuring consistency in language and tone, and working collaboratively with authors and other team members.
Qualifications
Strong command of the English language and excellent grammar skills
Attention to detail and strong editing and proofreading abilities
Knowledge of style guides, such as AP or Chicago Manual of Style
Experience in copyediting or related roles
Proficiency in using editing tools and software
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
