Principal Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership:  Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. FullStack Development:  Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications. Database Management:  Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. Performance Optimization:  Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability. Code Quality:  Maintain high standards of code quality, including code reviews and best practices. Mentorship:  Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. Client Collaboration:  Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Troubleshooting:  Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Continuous Improvement:  Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our offerings. Requirements Education:  Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience:  4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects using the MERN stack. Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Preferred:  Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
