Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Explaining TutorSchool's comprehensive course offerings including 1-to-1 tutoring, cognitive development programs, Gita-based values education, and skill development courses.
- Conducting product demos to potential users.
- Connecting with students (Classes 1–12) and understanding their learning needs.
- Engaging with parents to explain our holistic education approach and benefits.
- Onboarding qualified teachers/tutors onto our platform.
- Building relationships with schools and coaching institutions.
- Maintaining detailed Excel sheets with lead information, follow-up schedules, and conversion tracking.
- Updating CRM systems with customer interactions and feedback.
- Generating weekly reports on outreach activities and results.
- Conducting follow-up calls and messages to nurture leads.
- Handling initial customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinating with the academic team for course-related queries.
