This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their career in software development while working on real-world applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.As a Junior .NET Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications using Microsoft technologies. This position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about coding, eager to learn, and open to working night shifts in a hybrid setup.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of .NET applications.Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.Participate in code reviews and contribute to application design discussions.Troubleshoot and debug existing software to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.0–1.6 years of experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, or .NET Core).Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with databases like SQL Server or similar.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Willingness to work in a night shift and hybrid model (3 days onsite in Noida) .Nice to Have:Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, or LINQ.Experience with version control tools like Git.Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
