Position Overview

The In-House Licensed General Physician will play a vital role in supporting HealthSy’s digital healthcare initiatives. This position is ideal for a licensed physician who seeks to make an impact beyond traditional clinical practice, contributing to the quality and compliance of digital consultations and creating educational medical content. Primary responsibilities include providing support to partnered doctors during online consultations, ensuring digital prescription compliance, and assisting in the creation of high-quality medical content.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Support for Partnered Doctors:

  • Act as a point of contact for partnered doctors, providing support and guidance for online consultations conducted on HealthSy’s platform.
  • Address queries from partnered physicians, assisting them in delivering quality virtual care aligned with HealthSy’s standards and protocols.
  • Ensure smooth communication between HealthSy, its partners, and users to foster positive online consultation experiences.


2. Digital Prescription Compliance:

  • Review and monitor digital prescriptions issued by partnered third-party doctors to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and HealthSy’s standards for accuracy and safety.
  • Verify that all prescribed medications, dosages, and treatment plans are appropriate and in line with medical guidelines.
  • Identify and address any compliance issues, working closely with the compliance team to maintain the integrity of digital consultations.


3. Medical Content Development:

  • Write and edit medically accurate, user-friendly content for HealthSy’s platform, including blog articles,medication information, uses, dosages, side effects, classifications, and more.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and maintain engaging, relevant, and evidence-based health information that educates and empowers HealthSy users.
  • Conduct research on the latest medical developments, ensuring that all content aligns with current best practices and industry standards.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with the content, compliance, and product teams to enhance the quality of HealthSy’s digital healthcare services.
  • Provide medical insights and feedback to optimize content and digital consultation processes, supporting a user-friendly, compliant, and accessible healthcare experience.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss medical updates, content requirements, and areas for improvement in HealthSy’s service delivery.

5. Quality Assurance and Reporting:

  • Regularly review content, consultation feedback, and prescription data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service quality.
  • Prepare reports on compliance monitoring, content development progress, and consultation support, offering insights to enhance HealthSy’s offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Valid medical license and registration number in good standing with relevant licensing authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in telemedicine or health content creation are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as a general physician; prior experience in digital health or telemedicine is advantageous.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience or interest in medical writing and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of prescription regulations, compliance standards, and online consultation best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy in both clinical and content development roles.
  • Proficiency in using online healthcare platforms or a willingness to learn digital health tools.
