Candidate is expected to be able to configure, optimize, support, troubleshooting, error handling and customization as per requirement.Relevant experience5 to 10 Years overall as HCM Functional role and4 – 5 years in Workforce and Individual CompensationPrimary SkillsOracle Cloud HCM Compensation - Functional SkillsLocationFlexible, HYD / BLR preferredExperienceMust have worked on configurations/ set-ups, Ticket based support tickets along with EnhancementsStrong understanding of end to end Compensation Cycle , Creation of the Payroll elements, enrolment to the employee’s and Processing in PayrollCreation of Workforce and Individual Compensation PlansEnrolment to the plans and its eligibility.Complete hands on experience/configuration of Compensation worksheets, alerts, access etcTroubleshooting the error handling withing the Compensation Module.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.• Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation certification is a plus.
