Job Title: Social Media Manager (Brand and Podcast)Location: Gurugram, HaryanaRole Summary:A high-visibility role working directly with the Founder of Hi Brands (Hi Tours, Hi Offsite, Hi DMC). The role spans four pillars: Executive Assistant, Personal Branding/Social Media (Instagram + LinkedIn), Podcast Management, and Founder’s Office Projects. You will serve as the Founder’s SPOC, ensuring his time, communication, brand, and creative output run with precision. Ideal for someone smart, structured, creative, with 4–6 years in digital agencies, content studios, start-ups, or creator management.Key Responsibilities:- EA: Manage calendar, meetings, travel, priorities, briefs, follow-ups, internal coordination, drafting communication, tracking tasks, and staying fully synced with the Founder’s workflows.- Personal Brand: Own Instagram & LinkedIn, build content calendars, research ideas & hooks, manage captions & posting, handle DMs & comments, maintain analytics, coordinate shoots, and ensure on-brand content.- Podcast: End-to-end ownership — guest research & outreach, scheduling, briefs, episode outlines, production coordination, edits, thumbnails, reels/shorts, publishing, cadence management, and evolving strategy.- Founder’s Office Projects: Track and support key initiatives across Product, Marketing, HR, Sales & Ops; prepare documents, briefs, decks; maintain Notion trackers, SOPs, and run small internal projects.What we are looking for:- 4–6 years experience in digital agencies, creator management, content teams, branding, marketing, or founder’s office roles- Strong calendar management and communication skills- Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, podcast formats, reels, storytelling- Experience managing editors, designers, videographers, or content freelancers- Ability to multitask across EA duties + creative tasks + project management- Strong writing skills — captions, scripts, outreach messages, briefs- Comfortable working directly with a fast-paced FounderWhy Join us:- Work directly with the Founder in a high-visibility, fast-paced role- Exposure across personal branding, content, podcasting, strategy & operations- Creative freedom to shape the Founder’s digital presence and podcast- Opportunity to build a strong portfolio across multiple brand verticals- Rapid learning curve with high ownership and autonomy- Flexible, growth-focused work culture
