We are seeking atalented AI/ Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team andplay a key role in developing and implementing cuttingedge AIsolutions for our industryleading Ad Tech platform. Role Title: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Trivandrum /Mohali

Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Masters degree in CS/ME/IT Roles &Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing data models andpipelines.
  • Design develop and deploy machinelearning models for various Ad Tech applications such as:
    • Realtime bidding (RTB) optimization
    • Ad targeting and personalization
    • Fraud detection and prevention
    • Campaign performance optimization
  • Collaborate with data scientists and softwareengineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into the AdTech platform.
  • Develop and maintain efficienttraining pipelines for machine learning models.
  • Monitor model performance identify areas for improvementand iterate on models.
  • Stay uptodate on thelatest advancements in AI and machine learning relevant to AdTech.
  • Translate business requirements intotechnical specifications for AI solutions.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts tonontechnical stakeholders.
You are close if you have
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in applyingmachine learning to solve realworld problems (experience in Ad Techa plus).
  • Proven experience in buildingtraining and deploying machine learning models inproduction.
  • Familiarity with deep learningframeworks (TensorFlow PyTorch etc.).
  • Proficient in Python and other relevant programminglanguages (SQL Java etc.).
  • Strongunderstanding of machine learning algorithms and statisticalconcepts.
  • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
  • Excellent communication and collaborationskills.
Bonus pointsfor:
  • Experience workingwith big data platforms (Spark Hadoop etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azureetc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing andexperimentation methodologies.
  • Understandingof the Ad Tech industry.
