  • Manage administer and update SUGs and ADRs for patch deployments of workstation patches
  • Validate successful patch deployments and systems patch compliance statuses post deployment
  • Create solution document outlining standard operating procedures for recurring events related to patching and vulnerability remediation and facilitate their transition to Digital Workplace Services
  • Conduct research on vulnerability remediation where regular patches are not released by OEM coordinate with vendor support and implement vendor recommended mitigation solutions post review and approval from Client team
  • Regularly review and cleanup outdated unnecessary patches from MEMCM repository
  • Utilize WSUS environment for approving declining and managing patches
  • Provide support to front end EUC Patch Technicians assisting with patch deployment issues and resolution
  • Collaborate with OEM Vendors to resolve patch related issues
  • Prepare report patch compliance metrics
