We're Hiring: MERN Stack Developer

Lemtoj Infotech is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our product engineering team. If you're passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and want to work on impactful projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, , React, and (MERN Stack)
  • Build responsive UI components and dynamic single-page applications (SPA) with
  • Design and implement scalable backend APIs and services with Express and
  • Optimise frontend and backend performance for speed and scalability
  • Collaborate in Agile sprints (standups, planning, retrospectives)
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code; conduct code reviews
  • Maintain and update technical documentation
  • Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines; deploy to AWS or similar cloud environments
  • Work closely with product and design teams to scope and prioritise features

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and hands-on with the MERN stack
  • Proficiency in (hooks, state management, lifecycle methods)
  • Backend development with and
  • Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • REST API design and integration
  • Familiarity with Git/version control workflows
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for coding, code review, deployment, and testing

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • TypeScript
  • Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
  • AWS, Docker, or other cloud infrastructure exposure
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum
  • Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in full-stack development (MERN Stack)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
