Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to deliver new features and system enhancements. Drive continuous improvements in application performance, stability, and reliability . Assist in the creation, maintenance, and review of technical documentation . Hands-on programming experience in the TPF & zTPF development. Expertise in zTPF, Assembler, TPFC,TPFDF & SPMs. Support the Technical Product Manager in release planning, requirements definition, and prioritization. Participate in on-call rotations and provide post-implementation (warranty) support as needed. Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
