Safety Engineer For Water Supply Project

We are hiring a Safety Engineer for our ongoing Water Supply Project. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in water infrastructure projects, especially those funded by ADB and executed under MPUDC guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during water supply projects.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies for WTPs (Water Treatment Plants) and water supply systems.
• Develop and implement effective safety management plans, procedures, and training programs for project personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential hazards and develop solutions to minimize risks.
• Provide technical guidance on safety-related matters related to water treatment processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in the field of safety engineering or a related discipline.

• Prepare and maintain safety documentation as per ADB and MPUDC requirements

• Strong knowledge of safety compliance requirements for water supply projects.

• Experience with conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and developing mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Chemical) or equivalent qualification.
