Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and supporting digital marketing efforts.


Technical Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience of experience in social media management in a media / ad agency or D2C companies
  • Demonstrated ability to increase organic user base, reach and engagement is a must
  • Experience with consumer, lifestyle, beauty industries is a plus
  • Experience in content strategy
  • Strong creative bent of mind
  • Hands-on experience of viral content, creating still and video content, graphics, ideation and execution for creating engaging content, creator management etc.
  • Strong network of creators, photographers, videographers
  • Experience of getting product shoots, styling etc.
