Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and skilled Process Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in machining processes, documentation, and process improvement techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Control Plans to ensure consistent quality and process stability.
• Prepare and maintain process-related documentation in line with industry and customer requirements.
• Interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications for process planning.
• Apply practical machining knowledge for process optimization and problem-solving.
• Conduct Why-Why Analysis and root cause analysis for process and quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and quality protocols.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
• Proficient in drawing reading and interpretation
• Hands-on experience with process documentation and control plans
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools like Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
