Our mission is to empower businesses, regardless of size, to secure digital assets and foster growth with peace of mind.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced SAP GlobalView (GV) Payroll Implementation Consultant with mandatory hands-on experience in ADP GlobalView and strong expertise in SAP Payroll US and/or Canada . The role involves leading payroll implementations, performing configuration, supporting data conversion, driving testing cycles, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery across multi-country HR/Payroll environments.ResponsibilitiesImplement payroll solutions using ADP’s Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView (SAP-based) product .Lead blueprinting workshops to gather business requirements and define payroll processes.Prepare solution design documents, configuration specifications, and templates.Perform configuration of SAP Payroll (US/Canada) and related SAP modules.Conduct fit-gap analysis and align client requirements with the GlobalView template.Support data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and reconciliation activities.Assist clients through User Acceptance Testing, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases.Troubleshoot payroll configuration issues and provide timely resolutions.Perform Quality Assurance reviews of blueprints, configuration, and documentation.Provide functional guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to client and internal teams.Collaborate with Project Managers and provide regular status updates.Support pre-sales activities including documentation review and solution demonstrations.Work with Product Management to provide feedback on GlobalView template improvements.Required QualificationsMandatory experience with ADP GlobalView and GlobalView template implementation.Strong configuration knowledge of SAP Payroll US and/or SAP Payroll Canada .Experience in at least two SAP functional areas (Payroll, Time Management, HR, Portal).Solid experience in blueprinting, functional design, and documentation.Proven ability to lead multi-country HR/Payroll implementations.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration is highly preferred.Good business process understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time Management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
