Job Title: SAP PP/QM Consultant

Location: Pune

Experience: 8–10 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP PP/QM Developer with deep expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, coupled with strong ABAP development skills . This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing SAP solutions .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in SAP PP and QM modules using ABAP .
• Collaborate with functional teams to analyze requirements and prepare technical specifications .
• Develop and enhance RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Support module configurations , enhancements, and integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM).
• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure solution quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to PP/QM modules.
• Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices .
• Support upgrades, patching, and system migrations .
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation , including specifications, test cases, and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM module development .
• Strong ABAP skills: Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, SmartForms .
• In-depth knowledge of PP processes (MRP, production orders, capacity planning, shop floor control).
• Expertise in QM processes (inspection planning, results recording, notifications, quality certificates).
• Understanding of integration with MM, SD, and WM modules .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills .

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification in PP or QM .
• Experience with S/4HANA , SAP Fiori/UI5 , and OData services .
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
