Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Success Factors LMS Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations . The ideal candidate should have minimum 7 years of SAP Success Factors experience , including at least 2 complete LMS implementation projects . You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver Success Factors LMS solutions that meet organizational learning and compliance needs. Experience: Minimum 7 years of SAP Success Factors experience . At least 2 end-to-end LMS implementations Key Skills: Strong Success Factors LMS implementation experience (minimum 2 end-to-end projects). Knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central, Reporting, and Admin tools . Hands-on experience in integration, configuration, and system administration within Success Factors LMS. Experience with content management, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Success Factors LMS implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements. Configure and maintain Success Factors LMS modules , including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting. Perform system integrations with other Success Factors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting) or third-party LMS/content providers. Design and create dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs. Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge
