Job Role: SAP S/4 HANA _ Finance domain lead (FICO) Technical leadLocation: PuneExperience: 8-12 YearsJob Description- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, upgrades, and support projects.- Drive solution design, configuration, and integration of FI and CO modules with other SAP areas.- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into system solutions.- Oversee configuration of key finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Controlling, COPA, and Product Costing.- Ensure alignment of S/4HANA best practices with business processes and compliance standards.- Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with technical and functional consultants, and ensure timely project delivery.- Lead fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT & UAT), data migration, and cutover activities.- Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot critical issues, and recommend improvements.- Prepare project documentation, training materials, and facilitate user training sessions.- Act as the primary point of contact for finance process owners and senior management.
