Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our core team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing a robust SEO strategy that enhances our online presence and drives patient engagement from the US and Canada markets.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective SEO strategies with a focus on on-page and off-page optimization.Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams and ensure maximum visibility in target markets.Monitor and analyze SEO performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and SEO tools.

What We OfferEquity Compensation: Initially, the role will be compensated with equity and a modest cash salary.Competitive Salary Post-Funding: Following our upcoming fundraising round (expected in the next 3 months), the candidate will receive a competitive salary.Flexibility: The candidate can start on a part-time basis and work alongside their current job.Core Team Membership: This is a rare opportunity to become a part of the core team in a startup with a global vision.
