Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Consulting Experience: Experience in a consulting company is preferred.
  • AI Experience: Prior experience in AI-related projects is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design and develop scalable applications using modern frameworks like React, React Native, Flask, Express, Django, and Node.js.
  • LMS/CMS Development: Develop and manage Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • AI Integration: Integrate AI models into applications and develop APIs for multipurpose usage (e.g., video editing, publishing, social media, and AI application APIs).
  • System Architecture: Architect and implement serverless solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Database Management: Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • DevOps Implementation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and enhance system efficiency.
  • API Development: Develop and secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless integration with external services.
  • Security Best Practices: Apply best practices in web application security and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Innovation and Transformation: Drive innovation by leveraging multiple technologies and contributing to the transformation of business processes.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building user interfaces.
  • Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js for developing dynamic web applications.
  • Knowledge of responsive design using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions for serverless applications.
  • Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for cloud infrastructure setup.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (compute, storage, databases, networking).
  • Knowledge of the Serverless Framework or similar tools for serverless architecture.
  • CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency in Docker for containerization.
  • Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and customization.
  • Building custom CMS with frameworks like Django or Node.js.
  • Experience setting up, customizing, and integrating LMS.
  • Ability to integrate third-party services/APIs into CMS or LMS.
  • Integrating AI models into web applications using RESTful APIs.
  • Identifying and resolving issues across front-end, back-end, or cloud.
  • Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
  • Systematic reasoning to evaluate multiple approaches and select the best solution.
  • Experience with Git for version control.
  • Agile/Scrum development experience.
  • Knowledge of unit testing or automated testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.


Good to Have:

  • Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in Git for version control, managing branches, and resolving conflicts.
  • Performance tuning of front-end and back-end applications.
  • Experience documenting APIs using Swagger or Postman.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, GDPR/HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with Agile development environments.
