Profile : Team Leader, Inbound & Outbound Sales Location: Secunderabad (Hyderabad) Experience : 2-3 Years as leader (5-6 Years total experience ) CTC - Upto 8 LPA    About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and motivate a high-performing team of Inbound and Outbound Sales Representatives. This critical role is responsible for driving the sales of the bank’s diverse financial products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, insurance, deposit accounts) through exceptional customer engagement, effective coaching, and rigorous performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, proven leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the banking and financial services sector.
