From brand strategy, naming, identity, and packaging to web design and marketing collaterals, we create high-impact work that shapes businesses and cultures.Role: Junior Graphic DesignerWe are looking for a sharp and ambitious Junior Graphic Designer who wants to grow in the world of branding. This role is not about endless social media posts — it’s about building identities, packaging, and design systems that will live on shelves and screens across the world.Responsibilities- Work on brand identity, logo design, packaging, and brand collaterals- Translate brand strategy into compelling design concepts.- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver complete branding solutions.- Contribute to client presentations and moodboards.- Manage timelines, revisions, and project deliverables with attention to detail.- What We’re Looking For- A degree/diploma in Design or a strong portfolio that shows conceptual clarity.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).- A strong eye for typography, color, and layout.- Curiosity, adaptability, and the hunger to learn branding beyond social media.- Freshers are welcome; internship experience in design/branding is a plus.Perks & Growth- Mentorship directly from the Founder & Creative Director with experience across 500+ brands.- Hands-on exposure to live branding projects for top Indian and global clients.- Clear career pathway: Junior Designer → Designer → Senior Designer- Monthly in hand salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (depending on skills/portfolio).- Monthly Stipend ₹8000 - ₹12000 for internships- Performance-based increments and opportunities for PPO (if joining as an intern).- A chance to be part of a growing agency with an ambitious vision, not justanother social media shop.Location & Mode• Mumbai (Andheri East, Lodha Supremus) – Work from Office.
