Responsibilities

? Shift planning on day to day and handle the shift activity as per given planning.
? Manpower handling, Distribution, and proper utilization.
? Work experience in DCS control panel.
? Handling and good exposer in operation such as mass transfer, Heat transfer, Fluid flow
operation, Extraction, Filtration, Drying, Separation, Leaching, Mechanical operation,
Crystallization, pump, Vacuum Ejector, Dryer, Scrubber, SS316, MSGL reactor.
? Handling and good exposer in reaction such as chlorination, Nitration etc .
? Maintain the plan in good housekeeping.
? Knowledge about Sops, batch process record, ISO document, Change control management.
? Knowledge about Hazop, PSSR, MSDS
? Monitoring critical process parameter.
? Co-ordination with Engineering, QA/QC, Store, Utility and HR dept.
? Good Exposure in Health, Environment and quality.
