Job Description

(Experience: 1+ Years)This is a full-time on-site Chartered Accountant position located in Delhi, India. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing audit and assurance, direct and indirect taxation compliance and assessment, ROC and MCA related matters, financial valuations, and debt and equity rescheduling and restructuring for clients. Additionally, the Chartered Accountant will manage loan applications, debt syndication, and working capital management.

QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years post qualification experienceExperience in audit and assurance, direct and indirect taxation compliance and assessment, ROC and MCA related matters, financial valuations, and debt and equity rescheduling and restructuringKnowledge of loan applications, debt syndication, and working capital managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsGood understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax lawsAdditional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
