About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Accountant (Accounts Payable Specialist) to join our global finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing globally end-to-end procurement and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor management, and compliance with internal controls and policies. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies. Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with internal controls. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Collaborate with procurement and business units to ensure smooth Accounts Payable operations. Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Continuously identify and implement process improvements. Requirements At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of finance, ideally as an International Accountant University or technical college degree in business administration with a focus on accounting Very good knowledge of MS-Office tools, especially Excel Excellent analytical, numerical, and conceptual skills Excellent accounting skills and hands-on booking experience Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus The desire to work in an international team and in a rapidly growing environment, in which no year is like the other What we offer Office Location is Mumbai.
