About the JobJob Title: Project Manager – MS Dynamics 365 Finance Skills: MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, ERP Programs, Project Management, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, O365 Tools (Outlook, Teams, Share Point, One Note, Word, Excel, Power Point) Experience Required: 10+ Years Location: Remote (Must be able to work till 2:30 AM IST overlapping with US hours) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong organizational and communication skills to support large-scale ERP programs, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. This role requires proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.Required Skills & Experience:3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, One Note, Share Point, Word, Excel, Power Point).Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Jira for issue/risk tracking.Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.Qualification & Certification:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.3.
