We are seeking SEO and ASO experts to manage all search engine optimization activities, including keyword research, content strategy, and link building. You will collaborate with design and tech teams to enhance the website and mobile app structure, content, and other elements, making them more appealing to Google and Play Store search engines, and ultimately boosting rankings through effective SEO and ASO tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research and Optimization : Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for websites and mobile applications.
Performance Recommendations : Research and implement SEO and mobile app performance improvement recommendations.
Competitor Analysis : Analyze competitors' website links and app pages that rank high on SERPs.
Content Strategy : Develop content strategies based on competition benchmarking, product offerings, and industry best practices.
Development Collaboration : Work with product development to create valuable website pages based on high-performing competition sites.
Best Practices Implementation : Ensure SEO and ASO best practices are properly implemented in new code or app versions.
Content Collaboration : Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO/ASO in content creation and programming.
Architecture and Content Recommendations : Suggest changes to website/application architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO and ASO positions for target keywords.
Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, build strong relationships, and understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement customized SEO and ASO strategies aligned with client goals, leveraging industry best practices, market trends, and competitive insights to drive organic search growth.
Campaign Execution : Oversee the execution of SEO & ASO campaigns, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, link building, and content strategies, to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum results.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, designers, and analysts, to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives and deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
Client Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations to clients, demonstrating the value of our SEO efforts and providing actionable insights for improvement in PPT and Excel sheets.
Stay Updated : Keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO, ASO, and digital marketing technologies to continuously innovate and enhance our service offerings.
Qualification Requirements:
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing SEO & ASO campaigns and delivering results for clients.
Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO & ASO best practices.
Client Management Skills : Experience managing client relationships, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Tool Proficiency : Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Google Play Console, App Radar, App Annie, SEMRUSH, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
Project Management : Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
Industry Experience : Prior experience in NBFC and Travel companies is a plus and will be given priority.
