About the role: We're seeking a sharp, hands-on Media Buyer to own our performance marketing efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. The mission will be to launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns that deliver stellar ROAS while fueling our growth in the SaaS space. If you're a data wizard who thrives on testing creatives, tweaking budgets, and turning ad spend into revenue wins, this is your spot. Key Responsibilities Campaign Creation: Manage compelling ad creatives tailored for Meta, Google, and TikTok – from eye-catching visuals to punchy copy that resonates with SaaS decision-makers. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Dive deep into metrics like CPC, ROAS, and LTV using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager; make real-time, data-backed tweaks to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. ROAS Accountability: Ensure every dollar spent generates measurable returns – collaborating with the growth team to align campaigns with business goals like user sign-ups and feature adoption. Cross-Platform Strategy: Stay ahead of platform algorithms, trends, and compliance, while experimenting with new formats (e.G., video ads, remarketing) to keep our funnel humming. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok, with a track record of optimizing for ROAS in a performance-driven role. Strong analytical chops – comfortable wrangling data in spreadsheets to spot patterns and pivot fast. Proactive communicator who can collaborate remotely, explain complex insights simply, and own projects end-to-end without hand-holding. Creative edge with a results-first mindset: You've scaled campaigns that delivered real revenue, not just vanity metrics. Background in SaaS or B2B tech marketing – understanding how to target founders and ops leads, with value-driven messaging. Copywriting flair for short-form ads.
