We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to join our team at Doctors Choice. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to maximize our online presence and drive results.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.2. Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including website(s) and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).3. Working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart and Vendor central and vendor hub (b2b) software is a must4. Conduct regular analysis of website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns.6. Work closely with the product development team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, descriptions, and images.7. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.8. Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimize profitability.9. Continuously optimize the user experience across all e-commerce channels to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.10. Lead and develop a team of e-commerce specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.11. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, operations, and customer service to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.12. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce best practices, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.2. Proven experience of min 3 years in e-commerce management, preferably in the consumer goods or supplement industry.3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques.4. Proficiency in website management platforms and familiarity with CMS systems.5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.6. Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.8. Passion for health, wellness, and the supplement industry is a plus.
