AITS is looking for a hands-on, travel-ready UGC Content Creator who can capture real classroom learning, student activities, teacher moments, and campus life across our campuses. This role is NOT agency-style editing or personal branding work . It is on-ground documentation + quick editing + structured storytelling .What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)1. Capture Real Classroom LearningTravel to different campuses as and when neededShoot natural, candid moments along with scripted activitiesFollow the internal Content OS (hooks, pacing, colours, tone)2. Create High Quality ReelsShoot and editing with clean, documentary-style approachUse provided templates, caption styles, end-framesMaintain visual and narrative consistency across campuses3. Maintain Content LibraryOrganize footage, label raw files, and share with central marketingBuild an archive for future campaignsFollow a proper shooting + editing pipelineRequired Skills (Must-Have)Strong mobile and DSLR videography/photography skillsAbility to capture spontaneous momentsProficient in Reels style editingFast turnaroundClean, minimal editing style (not flashy influencer content)Understanding of natural lighting, framing, soundComfort working around children and teachersAbility to work independently on-groundPatience + people skillsBonus SkillsExperience shooting kids/education contentFamiliarity with brand-based content structuresUnderstanding of social media algorithmsHindi + English communicationWhat we are not looking for :Influencers who want to be the face of contentPersonal branding strategistsCreators who only do luxury/fashion/lifestylePeople unwilling to travel frequentlyCompensation & Growth:Based on experience & ExpertiseAdditional incentives for travel & high outputGrowth path available based on performance (content lead/managerial roles)
