Job Title: Lead .NET Developer Experience - 5+ years
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, with expertise in stored procedures, deployment, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and Azure cloud services. As a .NET Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing high-quality software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications.
Write and optimize stored procedures for efficient database operations.
Manage deployment processes and ensure smooth releases.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Utilize Azure cloud services for application hosting, storage, and other infrastructure needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Experience with SQL Server and writing complex stored procedures.
Hands-on experience with deployment processes and tools.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Expertise in Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Understanding of DevOps practices and culture.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
