Job Summary: We are looking for skilled QA Engineers to join our quality assurance team and work under the guidance of the QA Lead. The ideal candidates will have experience in testing mobile applications, ATM applications, and websites. You will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality of our products. Key Responsibilities: Test Execution: Execute test cases for mobile applications, ATM applications, and websites, ensuring all functionalities work as intended. Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, collaborating with developers to facilitate timely resolutions. Test Case Development: Assist in writing detailed test cases based on product requirements and specifications, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities. Log Analysis: Analyze application logs and system outputs to identify issues, providing detailed feedback to the QA Lead and development teams. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and communicate testing results. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of test results, defects, and testing processes to ensure clear communication within the team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on mobile applications, ATM applications, or websites. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes. Experience in writing and executing test cases and defect tracking. Familiarity with logging tools and analysis techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments.
