Position Title: MIS Executive

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Location: Jaipur

Qualification - Bachelor's/Master's

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong hands-on experience in Power BI and Advanced Excel . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and presenting insightful dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel .
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to extract actionable insights.
  • Present data-driven findings and KPIs to the senior leadership in a clear and visually compelling format.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop scalable reporting solutions.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and finance to understand data needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI : building custom dashboards, DAX functions, and Power Query.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel : Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Charts, and Data Models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in presenting to leadership teams.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling top management-level reporting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
