Head - Business Development   - Digital marketing/ Website/ UI/UX and Videos Services
The Business Development Manager is responsible for planning, direction and execution of new business development, to develop and grow ‘new client’ revenue in accordance with targets.
Location : Bangalore, Work from Office.
We are seeking a proactive Head of Business Development to spearhead our efforts in expanding clientele and revenue in the digital marketing, website design and development, UI/UX, and video services sectors.
Responsibilities:
Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand and address client needs effectively.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
Develop negotiation strategies, assess risks, and align offerings with client objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new business prospects within the digital marketing, website design and development, UI/UX, and video services industries.
Present and promote digital marketing packages to potential clients.
Foster and nurture relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to inform business strategy and stay abreast of industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Tailor sales pitches and proposals to suit the needs of clients in the specified industries.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Experience :
10-15 years of experience in the digital industry (preferably within a digital agency).
Demonstrated success in delivering complex digital projects and marketing communications.
Proven track record of acquiring and retaining key clients.
Skills :
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Strong networking abilities to generate new business opportunities.
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficient financial acumen and communication skills.
