Profile required Functional Skills - Messaging & File Transfer team member is responsible for managing services on Messaging and file transfer technologies Effective and efficient management of MTS services to the end users and application teams. Manage a highly skilled team (multi skilled), Onboard skilled resources for the user support Manage projects, cost control, budgets and ensure optimization Good understanding of automation and its best practices Should be capable of handling critical escalations and ensure towards resolution Should be skilled to work independently, propose ideas and work globally Should be comfortable working in highly challenging and stressful environment Good knowledge on Infra management and it best practices (availability, service quality and legacy management) Good Knowledge on Incident, Change, Request and Release Management Good understanding of Vulnerability management Good Understanding of Asset, license and Capacity Management Good Understanding of Resiliency, DR Process and BCP Good Knowledge in managing projects, reporting, timelines and publishing dashboards Ensure resiliency tests/exercises are performed as per the recommendations. Participation is must to support application when there applicative DRs.
