About the Role: We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Digital Network Unit at I-PAC. As a Digital Communications & Network Specialist , you will play a crucial role in designing and executing digital communication strategies, mobilizing grassroots digital networks, and leading impactful political campaigns across various social media platforms. This role requires agility, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders. What You’ll Do: Communication and Content Creation: Write and create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain good relationships with influencers, community leaders, and partners Social Media Management: Handle social media accounts, post content, respond to messages, and track engagement Digital Trends Analysis: Stay updated on new digital trends, audience behavior, and social media changes Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with design, video, and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution of plans Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan and run digital campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements Network Building: Develop and maintain a strong network of party supporters, influencers, You Tubers, and media personnel at the grassroots level to amplify messaging What You’ll Bring: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a Tier-1 institute with 1-2 years of experience in Communication, Digital Marketing, or Media Language Proficiency: Strong command of Bengali, Hindi, and English (either of two) Digital & Content Skills: Understanding of social media, digital marketing, video production, graphics, and storytelling Analytical Skills: Experience with Google Analytics, X (formerly Twitter) Analytics, and other social media tracking tools Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with political leaders, journalists, influencers, and community representatives Adaptability & Commitment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and travel as required If you are passionate about political campaigns, digital strategy, and grassroots mobilization, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence India’s political landscape
