The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales of IT solutions and services, focusing on Security, Cloud, and Data, to large and mid-sized enterprises in the BFSI sector. The role requires strong solution-selling skills, deep domain knowledge of BFSI IT environments, and the ability to engage with C-level decision-makers to position the company’s offerings as value enablers for business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development and Sales ExecutionIdentify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) segment.Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.Drive solution-oriented sales for offerings in Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Data Platforms, and Managed Security Services.Lead customer engagement from prospecting through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to build tailored proposals and technical solutions.2.
