CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification. 3+ years of experience in network administration or a related role. Strong knowledge of the OSI Model and its practical applications. Proficiency in DHCP, TCP/IP, TCP/UDP, routing, VLANs, IP addressing, and switching. Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba switches. Familiarity with Fortinet Firewalls is a plus. Basic understanding of network security concepts. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
