You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. Infrastructure Management:- Install, configure, and maintain Splunk deployments.- Monitor and troubleshoot Splunk components for optimal performance.- Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.2. Data Management:- Design and implement data ingestion pipelines.- Configure parsing rules and normalization settings.- Monitor data ingestion rates and indexing throughput.3. Search and Visualization:- Develop and optimize search queries, reports, and dashboards.- Create custom visualizations and alerts.- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and investigations.4. Security and Compliance:- Implement security best practices and compliance measures.- Configure role-based access controls and authentication mechanisms.- Monitor user activity and audit logs for security incidents.5. Documentation and Training:- Document configurations and best practices.- Provide training and guidance to users and administrators.- Maintain up-to-date documentation on deployment architecture.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Proven experience as a Splunk Administrator.- Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture and components.- Proficiency in SPL and scripting languages.- Familiarity with IT security concepts.- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.- Splunk certifications are a plus.
