We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in running and optimizing ads across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads, but also have a proven track record in driving leads and conversions at both national (Indian) and global levels. The candidate must possess the expertise to create detailed client personas and map out the entire customer journey to optimise the advertising strategy effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to drive quality leads and conversions, aligning with business goals.
  • Create, test, and iterate on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and conversions in Indian and global markets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals and optimize ad spend for lead generation.
  • Implement advanced audience targeting strategies, including remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences, to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Client Persona & Customer Journey Development:

  • Conduct thorough research to build detailed client personas for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Map out and optimize the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring that ad strategies address each stage effectively.
  • Use customer insights to continuously refine targeting strategies, ad messaging, and creative to resonate with the target audience.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Use data to make informed decisions on bid strategies, audience segmentation, and budget allocations to maximize ROI.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results, challenges, and optimization strategies.

Platform Expertise:

  • Stay up to date with the latest PPC, social media advertising trends, tools, and best practices across platforms like Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), , Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies across all platforms.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to produce high-quality, conversion-optimized landing pages.
  • Coordinate with the SEO, content, and sales teams to ensure holistic digital marketing strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and driving conversions in both Indian and global markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong understanding of client persona creation and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar platforms for campaign tracking and optimization.
  • Ability to manage large ad budgets while maintaining cost-effective ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with global digital marketing strategies and cross-border advertising.
  • Background in creating engaging content for ads, working with designers and copywriters.
