Your role is to buildself-running research systemsthat feed traders fresh, relevant, and compliant insights in real time. You’ll design content pipelines that think for themselves - capturing market triggers, packaging them into ideas, and distributing them as cards, alerts, and narratives.Key Responsibilities:Architect content systems that generatehundreds of daily trading insightswithout manual writing.Build prompts, templates, and automation rules that adapt with markets.Partner with quants, data PMs, and AI engineers to inject price action, F&O data, and macro events into idea generation.Measure what matters - signal quality, engagement, and shelf life.Document the “logic of ideas” so the system can learn, scale, and stay SEBI-compliant.Ideal Profile:3-6 years in financial research, strategy, or trading content.Deep market sense across equities, F&O, and macro.Fluent with AI tools and structured workflows.Clear, structured communicator who values compliance as much as creativity.Why It’s Different:You’ll be designing theoperating system of trading research , not copy. Every trader will interact with your systems daily often without knowing you’re the architect behind their ideas.
